Went for long walk
and played 10 pin bowling with a couple
of our fellow travellers. A young man
set up the pins for us each time and
shouted our scores out. It was
great fun! |

Recipe for Pisco
Sour
Ingredients
3 parts Pisco (Peruvian clear brandy)
1 part Sugar
1 part Lemon juice
1 Egg white
6 Ice cubes
Angostura bitters
Recipe
Dissolve sugar in the pisco.
Add the lemon juice.
Pour into blender (or shaker) and add the other
ingredient except the bitters.
Mix (or shake).
Pour into glass - it should be frothy and white.
Add a dash of bitters. |
