A named storm was sweeping over the island and we could tell that the locals weren't accustomed to this sort of weather. The plant based roof and the big tent at the restaurant hadn't coped very well with the deluge overnight and we had to dodge the dripping roof at breakfast time. We did wonder if the restaurant would even open for dinner in the evening.

Proof that it really was quite chilly today!

We had booked a table at the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was open and that the staff had worked hard during the day to make it dry again. The meal itelf was excellent and a fitting last meal for our holiday.

Grouper with pasta. Never had grouper before. Delicious.

Red prawns with rice. Very good.

Spanish bread and butter pudding made with brioche and coconut milk. Light and refreshing.

Christmas lights had appeared in the complex in the last couple of days. Oh well, at least they were discreet.
