How to wear your
waterproof over-trousers. Don't tuck them into your boots! |

We were impressed by
the commitment to bio-security, which extended to landings
on the Falkland Islands. One example of this is that our
boots had to be thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected before
EVERY landing, even if only a few miles from the previous
landing. Luckily, we had staff on hand to help us do this...
especially Kristine! |

In the evening, we went
to the Captain's welcome cocktail party, followed by dinner. |

Derek and I were

Chef Jörg did
us proud and the personalised desserts were a nice touch. |

Another day at sea
tomorrow, with a hint that a landing might be on the cards in the
late afternoon. |
