We walk carefully
back down the steep, rather muddy slope to the ship |
|
|
After lunch we arrived
at the port of Kratie. A coach was waiting there to take
people further up-river, where they would board small boats
and try to spot the famous river dolphins. We decided that
it was too hot to spend time on a little boat and that as
the prospect of actually seeing the dolphins wasn't that
high, we would instead, explore the little town here instead.
We were happy with our decision, as we had an interesting
walk and when the others returned from the excursion, they
reported that they seen the odd dolphin head popping up,
but not much more than that. |
