We spent the morning cruising,
so we lounged around the sun deck chatting in the warm sunshine.
And very relaxing it was too. At midday, we arrived back
at Novi Sad in Serbia. We moored by the bridge over looked
by the castle. |

We had some free time so
we decided to explore. Bruce and I found the Novi Sad tourist
information office. The two girls there were charming and
helpful - clearly pleased to have visitors to their city.
They gave us maps and other useful guides. They also asked
where we came from and told us that there was a delegation
of people from Norwich on a twinning visit. Using our new
map, we mooched around the city with its gothic church and
busy streets. |

After lunch , there was
a coach tour arranged, but it was very hot and I decided
to give it a miss. Bruce went and saw a monastery and the
castle. And that was it! A quiet and relaxing day. |
